About earrings

Piercing piercing is called piercing, and it may be done by yourself or in the shop, but it may cause infection, close the earring hole too soon, or repeatedly cause inflammation. We recommend the treatment with.

Earlobe earrings can be created and pierced using a device called piercer.
Anesthesia is performed except for the earlobe, and a piercing hole is created with a needle, so there is little worry about pain and a beautiful piercing hole is completed.

Piercing is possible everywhere including the earlobe, ear cartilage, tongue, lips, nose, nipple, scrotum, and labia minora.
Since anesthesia is used, there is no need to worry about pain during or after treatment.

The piercing hall will be completed in about 4 weeks.

If the pierced hole is too narrow, trouble may occur, so it is recommended to wear a medical pierced earring or a slightly thicker pierced earring.

Trouble after piercing

Piercers that can be opened by yourself are on the market, but many patients who come into trouble using this instrument and reopen them come to the hospital.

If you enjoy fashionable without thinking of piercing, we recommend treatment at a medical institution.

infection

The earrings are ok at first, but after 2-3 months you get used to the piercings, and when you replace them with commercially available piercings, they often bleed and become infected. This can be prevented with caution, but most infections can only be cured by removing the piercings. Most of the healing is done by removing the pierced ears, but the pierced ears will be occupied. Medical piercings have thicker rods than commercially available piercings, so you can make piercing holes firmly. In addition, it would be safer to avoid piercing to the same part if possible.

Metal allergy

If you have already had a metal allergy with a bracelet or necklace, you should not open your earrings.
Nickel is a common cause of metal allergies. Some of the cheaper earrings use an alloy containing nickel for the gold-plated base, which when dissolved by sweat and absorbed by the skin causes an allergic reaction in people with weak skin, causing rash. You. It seems that there are rare people who get rash with pure gold. Metal allergies are rare.
Medical earrings are 24K gold, so it is not a problem unless you are allergic to metal.

Piercing subcutaneous burial

If you overtighten the piercing catch, the earlobe will be squeezed and blood circulation will be impaired. Then the surface of the skin drips, and if you leave it still, the piercing will sink into the skin more and more. Finally, the piercing itself may be buried in the skin and cannot be removed without incision.
To prevent this, the catch must be loosely fitted. Especially those with thick earlobes tend to tighten the catch so that they do not drop off if they have short earrings, so care must be taken not to continue such a state for many days.
There are cases where the piercing is buried and cases where the catch is buried. In either case, you will need to make a local anesthesia, cut the skin with a scalpel and remove the piercings. In this case, it seems that the piercing hole cannot be often left.

Piercing hole rupture

The wounds temporarily become red or hard during the healing process. However, keloids do not cure redness or hardness. Not only that, it grows bigger and almost recurs even after surgery. Compression therapy or steroid application is effective while the keloid is small. Surgery is required because the therapeutic earrings cannot be fitted properly if the keloids are large enough. This is a condition that is difficult to treat.

Pierced keloid, hypertrophic scar

The piercing hole may be torn. There are two patterns. One is a pattern in which a strong force is applied to the piercing and tears at a stretch. It happens when the piercing gets stuck on something. Of course, because the skin is torn, it bleeds and requires treatment. The other is when it is slowly tearing. If you always wear heavy piercings, the piercing hole will gradually extend downwards due to the weight. And finally, it tears to the edge of the earlobe. In this case, there is no bleeding, so it seems that some people have left it, but earlobe deformation may remain.
