As a cosmetic surgeon, I have performed more than 1,500 cases of armpit surgery, but I do not think that it is a treatment that should be performed in the Reiwa era. However, if surgery is the only option, surgical treatment is unavoidable, but now that there are highly effective treatments such as the EL method with no downtime and no complications, it is better to carefully consider whether to undergo surgery under insurance treatment. Postoperative immobilization is more difficult than patients imagine. Postoperative complications are more common than patients imagine. Because it is covered by insurance... This is because treatments such as malignant tumors are called standard treatments, and the most scientifically effective treatments with established evidence are covered by insurance, so treatments covered by insurance should be prioritized, but armpit odor surgery is completely different.
