“What we can do for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics:
Training with established autonomic nerves and evidence. ''
Adjunct Lecturer, Juntendo University School of Medicine Hospital Management Laboratory Nobuhiro Suetake

Until now, physical training has been emphasized in the sports world, and training methods such as weight training, circuit training, and trunk training have been given to athletes by physical trainers. However, there are many training methods and exercises that rely on less evidence or the trainer's own experience and intuition. Even at the London Olympics, long-distance track athletes were trained by personal trainers and improved their performance, and medals and many media reported that the results were messy. There are few exercises and health methods that are full of hemorrhoids that focus only on the movement of the body, and that there are few autonomic nerves that can be considered human software. Originally, health laws, exercises, and training should be led by doctors, but unfortunately doctors rarely give training guidance due to time constraints of daily medical practice. Establishing and spreading the training method with evidence for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics is considered an urgent need for those at the cutting edge of our health. For many years, we have conducted autonomic nerve function tests for many top athletes and provided autonomic training to improve competition performance. In this lecture, I would like to introduce the concept, theory and method.
