Ballet and stretching

The other day Tchaikovsky Memorial Tokyo Ballet http://thetokyoballet.com/sd/ We held training seminars and workshops for ballet dancers who are active as soloists in Japan and those who are active as ballet instructors in the Kanto area.

I was very surprised by the fact that I did not need any static stretching for ballet, but I was able to tell you the theoretical backing and the correct stretching method that is hardly popular in the ballet world.

Of course, you can feel the effect in just a few tens of seconds, and you can see how conventional stretching and soft gymnastics reduce the performance of your body.

It has become a core training training boom, but I think you have learned the correct core training theory and practice recognized by top professionals. Do you have an old constitution? ? ? ... I hope it will spread to the ballet world ...
